Access to sabas99 is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above. Age and identity are verified through mandatory KYC documentation before withdrawal rights are granted.
Each player may hold only one sabas99 account. Duplicate accounts will result in forfeiture of all balances and permanent suspension. Accounts are non-transferable.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and sabas99 ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the sabas99 platform available at sabas99.net, including all associated games, betting products, promotions, and services (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or otherwise accessing any part of the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the sabas99 Privacy Policy and any product-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.
These Terms apply to all users of sabas99, including players from Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and any other location where access is not restricted by applicable local law.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use the sabas99 Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. sabas99 enforces this requirement strictly and will terminate any account where the player is found to be underage, with forfeiture of all balances in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the sabas99 Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. sabas99 does not represent that the Platform is legal or appropriate for use in any specific location. By accessing the Platform, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited in your jurisdiction or that you bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising from accessing the Platform where it may be restricted.
2.3 Single Account Policy. Each individual player may hold only one registered account on the sabas99 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, or shared payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sabas99 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit all associated balances and bonuses.
2.4 Accurate Registration Information. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your sabas99 account. You are obligated to update your account details promptly if any information changes. sabas99 is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.1 Verification Requirement. sabas99 is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") identity verification. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal request is processed. sabas99 may also require KYC at account registration, upon reaching transaction thresholds, or at any other time at the Company's reasonable discretion.
3.2 Documents Required. KYC verification typically requires submission of one or more of the following: a valid Malaysian identification card (front and back), passport (photo page), and proof of payment method ownership where applicable. Additional documentation may be requested if the initial submission is insufficient to complete verification.
3.3 Verification Delays. sabas99 will endeavour to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving complete documentation. Withdrawals will remain pending during the KYC review period. sabas99 is not liable for any inconvenience or financial impact resulting from verification-related delays where documentation was submitted correctly and completely.
3.4 Refusal of Verification. If a player fails or refuses to complete KYC verification to the satisfaction of sabas99's compliance team, the Company reserves the right to suspend the account, restrict withdrawals, and in cases involving suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, report the matter to relevant authorities and/or withhold funds pending investigation.
4.1 Currency. All transactions on the sabas99 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No foreign currency conversion is applied by sabas99. Players bear any currency conversion costs imposed by their own payment provider where applicable.
4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. sabas99 currently accepts deposits via Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, local bank transfer, and cryptocurrency. Accepted methods are subject to change and are displayed in the current deposit interface within your sabas99 account.
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals are subject to: (a) completed KYC verification; (b) satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements; (c) minimum withdrawal amount as displayed in the Platform; and (d) consistency between the withdrawal method and the most recent deposit method where technically feasible. sabas99 processes verified withdrawal requests within the timeframes displayed in the Platform.
4.4 Anti-Money Laundering. sabas99 complies with anti-money laundering obligations under its operating licence. The Company reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence to large transactions, to request source-of-funds documentation, and to delay or refuse withdrawals where AML obligations require it. Players must not use the sabas99 Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or transaction structuring.
5.1 Acceptance of Bets. sabas99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet at its reasonable discretion, including but not limited to bets placed in error, bets placed after an event has concluded, or bets where there is evidence of system manipulation or data feed error.
5.2 Palpable Errors. Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest error in pricing, odds, or game configuration (a "palpable error"), sabas99 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake. Examples of palpable errors include live casino payout figures displayed incorrectly due to software malfunction or sportsbook odds that are clearly inconsistent with market pricing.
5.3 Disconnection Policy. sabas99 is not liable for bets or game sessions interrupted by player-side internet disconnection. Where a live casino round or sports bet is affected by a platform-side technical fault confirmed by sabas99's technical team, the affected wager will be resolved in accordance with applicable game rules and, where necessary, voided with stake returned.
5.4 Game Results. The results of all games and sports events are final once settled by sabas99, subject to the void and error provisions above. Players may raise disputes within 30 days of a settled result; disputes raised after this period may not be reviewed.
6.1 Bonus Eligibility. All promotional offers at sabas99 are subject to individual promotion terms published at the time of each offer, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bonus amounts. These Terms govern all bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds credited to a sabas99 account may not be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirement has been satisfied in full. The wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 30x), means the bonus amount must be wagered that many times on qualifying games before withdrawal eligibility is achieved. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. sabas99 reserves the right to withhold or withdraw bonuses, void bonus-derived winnings, and close accounts where there is reasonable evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to receive the same promotion, exploiting promotional mechanics through low-variance betting patterns designed to minimise risk while fulfilling wagering requirements, or collusion with other players to manipulate promotion outcomes.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sabas99 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:
sabas99 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform provides deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion tools accessible from your account settings. All players are encouraged to use these tools proactively to manage their gambling activity.
Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access the Platform or receive marketing communications. sabas99 will not reverse a self-exclusion request during the selected exclusion period. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any sabas99 content without express written authorisation from the Company.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sabas99 shall not be liable for: (a) indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform; (b) loss of profits, data, or goodwill; (c) interruptions to Platform availability; or (d) the conduct of third-party game providers, payment processors, or network operators. The total aggregate liability of sabas99 to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that player in the 90-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
sabas99 may suspend or terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected fraud or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC; and voluntary account closure requested by the player. Upon termination, any real-money balance (excluding bonuses subject to outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via a verified payment method, subject to AML and identity verification requirements being satisfied.

sabas99 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven days prior to taking effect, where practicable. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date of the most recent revision.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which sabas99 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the sabas99 Platform that cannot be resolved through the sabas99 internal dispute resolution process shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the applicable licensing authority's dispute resolution mechanism.
To raise a dispute regarding a settled bet, account action, or transaction, contact sabas99 support via live chat within 30 days of the event in question. The sabas99 compliance team will acknowledge disputes within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 14 business days. If a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, players may escalate to the relevant licensing authority.
